ABOUT ME

I am a graduate student at CU-ICAR specializing in Autonomous Vehicles and Robotics Technologies. My research at ARM Lab is focused on autonomous maneuvers by robots using Reinforcement Learning and training pipeline settings for those experiments in a High-Performance Computing environment. I have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from SDGCT's Group of Institutions, Kolhapur. During my undergraduate, EV brings a tectonic change in the automotive industry, and inspired by this I did two internships in the field of hybrid and electric vehicles. After completion of my under graduation, I worked in the Engineering R&D department at Tata Technologies Ltd, Pune as Graduate Engineer Trainee. There I worked on Tata Motors’s passenger vehicle project - Tiago CNG, Tigor EV and Hexa-BSVI. My responsibilities include electrical wiring harness routing and packaging using the Catia V5 tool and product lifecycle management using Siemen’s Teamcenter tool. After that, I joined Tata AutoComp Systems Limited (Interior Plastic Division), Pune as an associate engineer in the new product development department. Passionate to learn new technologies, I did online courses in the field of Machine learning and autonomous vehicle.

In Fall 2021, I started the exciting journey with CU-ICAR as a graduate student. A driverless future is now inevitable, the question is when. After graduation, I will grow into more holistic roles in the field of Autonomous Vehicles and Robotics. Curiosity will shape my journey all along. In my free time, I very often read books and short articles. I am a huge cricket fan who likes to watch and play cricket. Connect with me on LinkedIn, if you want to talk about startup, technology, autonomous vehicles, machine learning, and cricket.
